Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs on clinical research processes, GCP guidelines, and regulatory standards. The trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing training modules to ensure learners gain the required knowledge and skills to perform effectively in clinical research roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and online training sessions on clinical research fundamentals, GCP, ICH guidelines, and related topics.
• Develop training materials, case studies, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with current clinical research regulations and trends.
• Collaborate with academic and corporate teams to ensure training effectiveness and compliance.
• Maintain records of training attendance, assessments, and outcom
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research or as a CR trainer.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design engaging and interactive training sessions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in training clinical research associates or coordinators.
• Knowledge of clinical trial documentation and ethical practices.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and LMS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
