Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in Edutech or academic counseling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in any South Indian language and passionate about helping students choose the right educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide students on suitable courses or programs.
• Convert leads through effective calling, follow-ups, and demos.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and student support.

Requirements:

• Experience in Edutech / counseling /Course selling is mandatory.
• Strong communication in English and any South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
• Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
