Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Business Development Associate. The Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis, generating qualified leads, and developing strong client relationships. The role also involves preparing compelling presentations, delivering them to potential clients, and effectively communicating the unique value propositions of the company's services. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and business goals is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and proficiency in creating and delivering effective Presentations
• Ability to generate and qualify leads, with proven skills in Lead Generation and Market Research
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal capabilities
• Proactive approach, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with the real estate market and trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
