Job Description

You will be joining DiseoCreaa, a dynamic digital marketing agency focused on innovative products and automation services aimed at enhancing businesses" digital presence and streamlining operations. As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include lead generation, client acquisition, sales strategy, product knowledge maintenance, market research, relationship management, and reporting. - **Lead Generation:** You will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and industry events. - **Client Acquisition:** Approach potential clients, present products and services, and convert leads into long-term business relationships. - **Sales Strategy:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. - **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a deep understanding of products and automation services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. - **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, while an MBA is considered a plus. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and presentation skills, excellent negotiation and closing skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
