Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Manager at DiseoCreaa, located in Vizianagaram, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads, acquiring new clients, and effectively communicating the value of our innovative products and automation services. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Additionally, you will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, maintain a deep understanding of our offerings, and stay updated on industry trends. Building strong client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, while an MBA is considered a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is expected, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued.
