You will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners, understanding their needs and goals, and offering advice on suitable courses and career paths. Your persuasive, proactive, and goal-oriented approach will be crucial in converting qualified leads into enrollments by effectively showcasing the value of our programs. Your key responsibilities will include calling and following up with prospective learners, maintaining detailed records of interactions and enrollment status in the CRM system, and ensuring consistent enrollment numbers by meeting monthly targets. Building trust and maintaining relationships with potential learners will be essential to drive long-term success and referrals. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in making phone calls and handling objections, and the ability to work under targets and deadlines. While prior experience in sales, admissions, or customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are required, along with a passion for education and helping learners grow.
