Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Edutech Location: Guindy, Chennai Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Language Requirement: Must be proficient in Tamil (Speaking, Reading, Writing) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Edutech team. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with customers. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents, understand their educational needs, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential leads (via calls, emails, or in person) and pitch edutech products. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM tools. Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support. Attend training sessions to stay updated with product features and education trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in Tamil and able to communicate effectively with local customers. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
