Timings

Role Overview:

  • Counsel parents and students on K9K12 learning programs via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
  • Convert leads into enrollments by understanding customer requirements
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM tools
  • Participate in sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
  • Share regular feedback with internal teams

Primary Skills Required (Mandatory):

  • Education / EdTech sales or academic counseling experience (K9K12 mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience in handling parents and students
  • Target-driven sales mindset
  • CRM tools knowledge (Zoho, LeadSquared, etc)

Qualification

:Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education / Marketing / Business preferred)
