Timings

Role Overview:

Counsel parents and students on K9K12 learning programs via calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups
Convert leads into enrollments by understanding customer requirements
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up data in CRM tools
Participate in sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
Share regular feedback with internal teams

Primary Skills Required (Mandatory):

Education / EdTech sales or academic counseling experience (K9K12 mandatory)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Experience in handling parents and students
Target-driven sales mindset
CRM tools knowledge (Zoho, LeadSquared, etc)

Qualification

:Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education / Marketing / Business preferred)
