Job Description

We are a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) firm specializing in loan facilitation. Our role is to connect banks with potential customers and vice versa, ensuring seamless loan processing. Our goal is simple the more loans we sanction, the more we earn! If you're driven by sales and looking for a lucrative opportunity in the financial sector, this is the perfect role for you. Role & Responsibilities: Identify and acquire potential clients in need of loans (home loans, business loans, personal loans, etc.). Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online/offline sources. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure smooth loan disbursal. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience: 0-1+ years in sales (preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial services). Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and lead conversion abilities. Industry Background: Candidates with experience in loans, banking, or finance will be preferred. Education: Any graduate (MBA in Finance/Marketing is a plus but not mandatory). Other Qualities: Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Perks & Benefits: High Incentives: Earn 20% of the commission we receive from the bank. Example: If a loan of 1 Cr is sanctioned and we get 3 Lakhs from the bank, you earn 60,000 .
