Business Development Associate (BDA)

As a Business Development Associate at Capricorn Elevators Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and clients in the Calicut region. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end users. Market research, competitor analysis, attending client meetings, and conducting on-site assessments will be key components of your role. Collaboration with technical teams for proposals and quotations, as well as following up with leads to ensure successful conversion, are essential tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or elevator industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset, are crucial. Fieldwork, including local travel, is mandatory for this role. Preferred candidates will possess a two-wheeler or four-wheeler for fieldwork, fluency in English, and knowledge of Hindi as an added advantage.
