Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Associate to help us expand our customer base and achieve our ambitious revenue growth objectives. What You’ll Do: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities. Generate leads through various channels, including online research, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking events. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress. Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting our company's services or products. Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients. Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Confident phone presence and resilience in handling rejection Passion for sales, self-driven, and results-oriented Team player with problem-solving and decision-making skills Prior experience in cold calling or sales is a plus Location: Kochi (Onsite, Work from Office) Experience: 0-1 years of experience Job Type: Full Time Joining: Immediate Show more Show less
