Now, we’re looking to expand our team with a smart and driven Business Development Associate who shares our passion for creativity and growth. What You’ll Be Doing: Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking. Pitch GenZway's services to potential clients and generate qualified leads. Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions. Schedule and lead discovery calls and meetings. Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and closing deals. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets. Maintain lead pipeline and updates on CRM tools. We’re Looking For Someone Who: Has 0.6 – 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in a marketing agency is a plus). Is confident, proactive, and has great communication skills (English & Hindi both preferred). Understands the basics of digital marketing services (training will be provided if needed). Is goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Is open to learning, feedback, and team collaboration. Nice to Have: Prior experience working in or with marketing agencies Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Strong LinkedIn game (for B2B outreach) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
