Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our branches in UAE, India, Singapore, and other regions. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, conducting meetings and presentations, creating tailored proposals, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining accurate lead and sales data, meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at industry events. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in business development, sales, and lead management. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 1-2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales. Proficiency in CRM software for lead tracking, experience in international markets like UAE, Singapore, and India, excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills are also required. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are target-driven, results-oriented, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
