About the Role: To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in field sales, cold calling, and banking sales. If you have a proven track record in credit card sales or hardcore cold calling, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct field sales and aggressively reach out to potential clients through cold calling. Present and pitch company offerings persuasively to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets within defined timelines. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on potential leads. Career Experience We'd Love to See: 2+ years of experience in field sales, cold calling, or banking sales. Strong background in credit card sales or similar high-intensity sales roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High resilience and ability to handle rejections in a sales-driven environment. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
