Role Overview:We are hiring a Business Development and Training Coordinator who will manage student enrollment, promote training programs, coordinate training delivery, and support team expansion. The ideal candidate must have experience or knowledge in technical training domains and should be capable of identifying and hiring qualified technical trainers (Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, etc.). Key Responsibilities:Business Development:Promote and counsel students on our internship + training programs (Tech & Non-Tech) Generate leads via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, calls, and referrals Convert inquiries into admissions and handle payment follow-ups Assist in executing outreach and marketing campaigns Training Coordination:Schedule training sessions and coordinate with internal and external trainers Share session details and monitor attendance Collect feedback and track student progress Address student queries and ensure smooth training operations Trainer Hiring & Management:Understand technical training requirements (Java, .NET, DevOps, AWS, etc.) Identify, screen, and onboard qualified technical trainers Coordinate trainer schedules and ensure curriculum delivery as per industry standards Maintain quality of training and suggest improvements Requirements: Prior exposure to technical training or recruitment is a strong advantage Ability to identify skilled trainers and evaluate their subject expertise Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills Comfortable with Google Sheets, CRM tools, and online communication tools Motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
