You'll start as an intern for 4 months, supporting recruitment and HR operations, and if your performance is strong, you’ll be offered a full-time role. ______________ What You’ll Do: • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates • Evaluate applicants for tech roles (Java, DevOps, Web Development, etc.) • Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups • Help train and manage junior recruiters/interns • Support onboarding and HR processes • Learn to lead recruitment strategy with guidance from senior leadership ______________ Internship Details (First 4 Months): • 📅 Duration: 4 Months • 💵 Stipend: ₹5,000/month • 🎯 Performance Review: At end of internship •
