Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Business Development and Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in supporting client and partner onboarding processes, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth partner management for our Australia-based MNC.
This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or junior professionals looking to build a career in business development and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assist with the onboarding of new partners and clients.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners.
• Support the sales and operations teams in meeting targets.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and updates using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular reports on partner engagement and performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant field.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both verbal and written).
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
