Responsibilities: Instrumentation Engineering: Prepare Cable Block Diagrams for DCS, ESD, and F&G systems using AutoCAD. Develop Cable Routing Drawings in AutoCAD. Prepare Instrument Hook-Up and Installation Drawings . Create Instrument Loop and Wiring Drawings in AutoCAD. Automation Engineering: Prepare DCS/ESD/F&G Configuration Drawings in AutoCAD. Prepare and review Material Take-Off (MTO) sheets in Excel. 3D Modelling (SP3D or Aveva 3D): Review modelling of instruments such as remote instruments, JBs, LCPs (e.g., Wellhead Control Panels) , and cable trays/trenches . Review modelling of Fire & Gas (F&G) devices . Review extraction of layouts and MTO from 3D models. Software Skills Mandatory: AutoCAD Optional: SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) or Aveva 3D Key Skills: AutoCAD drafting for instrumentation layouts Understanding of DCS/ESD/F&G systems Basic 3D model review (SP3D/Aveva 3D preferred) MTO preparation and verification Strong attention to detail and accuracy
