Job Description

Business Development & B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development & B2B Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team in the electronics and smart accessories sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing B2B clients.

They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and strategic selling

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
  • 2–4 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in electronics, gadgets, or consumer tech.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and strategic selling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,494.26 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Location:

  • Badshahpur, Gurugram, Haryana (Preferred)
