Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who can effectively combine business analysis and business development responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis:

Gather and document detailed business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and reports to support project delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Assist in creating project proposals, estimates, and timelines.

Business Development:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain records in CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,269.66 - ₹50,543.70 per month
