Business Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify New Business Opportunities:

    Research and target potential customers who require digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Web Design, and Lead Generation.
  2. Lead Generation & Outreach:

    Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking events, field visits, social media outreach, and partnerships.
  3. Build Client Relationships:

    Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships by understanding client needs and offering the right digital marketing solutions.
  4. Presentations & Pitches:

    Conduct sales presentations, online demos, and client meetings to showcaseservice offerings and marketing strategies.
  5. Consultative Selling:

    Identify business challenges and recommend customized digital marketing packages tailored to each client.
  6. Sales Target Achievement:

    Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
  7. Coordinate with Marketing Team:

    Work closely with the in-house digital marketing team to create proposals, quotations, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
  8. Market & Competitor Research:

    Stay updated with latest market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools to identify new opportunities.
  9. Reporting & Documentation

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client feedback while preparing weekly/monthly performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in business development / sales within a digital marketing company preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, SEM, PPC, website development, branding, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, pitching, and client-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms will be an added advantage.
