Role Overview: You are a highly motivated and target-driven B2B Sales Professional with a focus on University/College business acquisition within the Ed-Tech sector. Your role involves identifying, approaching, and closing deals with educational institutions, pitching tailored Ed-Tech solutions, building relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the entire B2B sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, approach, and close deals with Universities and Colleges to onboard them onto the company's platform. - Pitch Ed-Tech solutions and services customized to meet institutional needs like admissions, branding, student engagement, and lead generation. - Establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as Admissions Officers and Marketing Heads in educational institutions. - Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to account management, including demo, negotiation, and closure. - Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to align offerings with market requirements. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide regular progress updates, and represent the Company at various business development events. - Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and revenue planning. Key Skills: - Proficiency in B2B Sales within the Ed-Tech industry. - Sound knowledge of the university and higher education ecosystem in India. - Experience in University/College partnerships, onboarding, and retention. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities. - Capability to work independently and achieve set KPIs/targets.
