Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Pitch company products/services to decision-makers and influencers.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into active opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, pricing, and client onboarding.
• Maintain proper records of leads, contacts, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales strategies.
