You'll do this: Run outbound like a real BD function research, outreach, qualification, follow-up. That means: Using Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and Apollo to find companies worth talking to Mapping orgs, finding decision-makers, building target lists that actually convert Setting up and running LinkedIn automation via Prosp (and learning the messaging psychology behind what works) Manually engaging on LinkedIn - comments, DMs, soft-touch ABM moves Drafting cold emails, testing messaging frameworks, experimenting with what lands Qualifying leads manually and through N8N automation workflows Managing pipeline hygiene in Airtable and HubSpot like a real sales team Testing new BD workflows, solving bottlenecks, moving fast Optional: Cold calling. If you want to try it, we'll teach you how to open conversations, qualify, and handle objections. You should be: A hustler. Active, fast, willing to figure things out on the fly. Comfortable with tools, automation, and learning new systems quickly. Not afraid of rejection or radio silence—it's part of the game.
