Business Development / Lead Generation Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients, especially in the US (California region).
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online platforms.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation strategies.
• Learn and understand all products and services offered by the company.
• Reach out to prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Assist in identifying key decision-makers in target companies.
• Maintain and update lead and prospect information regularly.
• Communicate professionally with prospects to understand basic requirements.
• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Build long-lasting professional relationships with potential clients.
• Meet weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Use AI tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms for research and outreach.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and basic lead generation methods (preferred).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and IT services.
• Ability to work in a night shift (US Shift).
• Basic presentation and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
