Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Female) with at least 2+ years of experience in industrial field work. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting company products/services in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in industrial markets.
• Visit clients onsite (industrial areas, plants, factories) for meetings and presentations.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the internal team (operations, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, visit schedules, and customer feedback records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
