Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Onsite – Gota, Ahmedabad

Alliedge Technologies Pvt Ltd, a leading IT service-based company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. If you have a passion for driving growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Work on lead generation platforms/tools such as Upwork, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, and other B2B platforms.
  • Engage with international and domestic clients, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and account management.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with service offerings.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IT industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Business Development (preferably in a service-based company).
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in using Upwork, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, etc. for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed business targets with a result-oriented approach.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
