*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented *Education Counsellor* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students, and converting inquiries into admissions. The role requires excellent *communication, convincing skills, and a customer-centric approach* to guide students in choosing the right IT training program.

*Key Responsibilities*
1) Lead Handling & Follow-ups.2) Call on leads provided by the Digital Marketing team.3) Follow up with prospective students and encourage them to visit *Cyber Success* for counselling.4) Maintain a strong pipeline of interested candidates through regular follow-ups.

*Student Counselling & Conversion:*
1) Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable IT training programs.2) Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities post-training.3) Convince and guide students to enroll in the right program.

*Walk-in Management:*
1) Handle walk-in inquiries at the institute.2) Organize demo sessions and ensure smooth coordination between trainers and prospective students.3) Assist students in the admission process, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.

*Daily Reporting & Coordination:*
1) Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.2) Coordinate with trainers and the placement team to address student queries.3) Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Experience: 1 Years – 4 years.

*Skills:*
1) Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills.2) Ability to handle objections and resolve student queries confidentlySelf-motivated and goal-driven approach3) Basic knowledge of IT courses (preferred, but not mandatory)4) Strong follow-up skills and ability to convert leads into admissions
