Key Responsibilities:
Client Booking Management:
- Receive and process client bookings, broadcasting them to the relevant candidates via Sirenum to ensure fulfillment.
 - Communicate with candidates by phone, SMS, or email as needed to manage bookings, and escalate issues to onshore Branch/Consultants when necessary.
 - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their bookings.
 - Confirm all bookings through Sirenum and update as required.
 - Handle cancellations and shift amendments from clients, notifying affected candidates, and making appropriate updates in Sirenum.
 Client Communication:
- Respond to client inquiries, using Sirenum and UFO systems to provide accurate information.
 - Manage candidate booking cancellations, recording reasons and notifying clients via phone or email, particularly if calls are unanswered.
 - Update relevant nursing portals as required for cancellations or changes.
 - Remove shifts from Sirenum and rebroadcast them to find replacement candidates, keeping clients informed of any changes.
 - Contact Randstad candidates on-site when necessary to ensure they are aware of changes or cancellations.
 Issue Management:
- Track and manage candidate lateness, collecting details such as the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and the reason for delay, and inform clients accordingly.
 - Handle situations where candidates are lost or having difficulty finding the site, often by coordinating with on-site Randstad staff or the client to guide the candidate.
 - Address candidate complaints or safeguarding concerns by documenting all relevant details and escalating the issue to the appropriate Branch/Consultant.
 Shift Confirmation & Monitoring:
- Monitor Sirenum regularly for shifts that turn blue, confirm with the client, book the candidate, and approve the shift in Sirenum.
 - Respond promptly to any requests in email inboxes and take appropriate action.
 - Ensure all transactions are documented in UFO and Google forms as soon as possible.
 
Additional Responsibilities - Talent Advisor Role when required :
Vacancy Management:
- Collaborate with Randstad Branch Consultants to thoroughly understand the requirements of new vacancies, including candidate background, experience, skills, and qualifications needed.
 - Source candidates through a variety of methods, including database searches, social media platforms, job boards, CV searches, and referrals.
 - Identify suitable candidates who match the job criteria.
 - Advertise vacancies externally through job boards, in line with company guidelines.
 Candidate Management:
- Manage candidate applications, providing feedback to both successful and unsuccessful applicants.
 - Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their experience and understand their job preferences.
 - Maintain accurate and efficient administrative procedures, utilizing Randstad's front office ICT system.
 - Handle all administrative tasks related to candidates effectively.
 Candidate Submission & Sourcing:
- Submit suitable candidates to the branch for consideration.
 - Stay updated on innovative resourcing strategies, including leveraging social media platforms.
 - Continuously develop knowledge of your area of expertise to ensure you stay informed about industry trends.
 Technology & KPI Management:
- Stay adaptable and incorporate new technologies to support business growth (such as Text Kernel, Sirenum, etc.).
 - Meet and exceed required KPIs and GP targets consistently.
