Job Purpose:

Support Fugro North America s Procurement team by managing and optimizing procurement data and reporting processes. This offshore role contributes to strategic sourcing decisions through data-driven insights, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, clean, validate, and standardize procurement data from multiple sources.

- Design and deliver recurring/ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

- Initiate and track procurement KPIs aligned with cost-saving and strategic goals.

- Develop reporting templates and tools to streamline workflows.

- Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure accordance with company standards, industry standards, QHSSE policy, and local regulations.

- Ensure consistency and compliance with data governance protocols

Required Experience & Skills:

A minimum of 2-4 years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence; procurement/supply chain experience.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL; familiarity with Python, R, Azure, or AWS is a plus.
Strong understanding of procurement KPIs and reporting frameworks.
Experience working with U.S.-based teams and cross-cultural collaboration.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative mindset.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with reliable internet and secure data handling.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work during U.S. Central Time business hours (9 AM 5 PM CST).
