Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to analyze and interpret political data across India. The ideal candidate will extract meaningful insights from electoral results, voter demographics, social trends, and survey data, providing actionable recommendations for strategic planning Excel and Presentation knowledge. Collect, clean, and manage datasets from multiple sources. Analyze results and patterns at state, and national levels. Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling to derive insights. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with strategists and researchers to provide data-driven recommendations. Monitor and interpret real-time data. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and Data Modeling skills Proficiency in Statistics for data interpretation and analysis Strong Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with team members Experience with database management and data visualization tools Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other statistical software is a plus Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Nagpur
