Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Counselor role based in Jaipur. The Business Counselor will engage with prospective students and their families to provide comprehensive guidance and support throughout the admission process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, offering expert advice on law entrance preparation, developing action plans, and maintaining strong client relationships while achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data and guide decision-making
• Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to provide strategic solutions and guidance
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members
• Understanding of Finance to provide basic financial guidance regarding programs and fees
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in the education or counseling sector is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
