About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Business Coordinator who can serve as the communication bridge between our clients, internal teams, and leadership. In this role, you’ll help to keep projects running smoothly, ensure client queries are handled promptly, and support the team with coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between clients and our design & coding teams by gathering project data, details, and inputs.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking project status updates.
• Serve as the initial contact layer when clients reach out to the COO.
• Support the COO by organizing and managing WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email communications.
• Assist the CEO in tracking project statuses and ensuring timely coordination across teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and client-handling ability.
• Comfort in managing multiple conversations across WhatsApp, Telegram, and Email.
• Prior experience in client servicing, project coordination, or executive assistance is a plus.
• A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and act quickly.

Salary:

• 3 LPA to 4.2 LPA
