Front End Developer / HTML Web Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Web Developer to join our IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who have either a formal degree or have completed a web development crash course/bootcamp and are eager to build a career in front-end development.

You’ll assist senior developers, learn best practices, and work on building responsive, user-friendly web pages that align with our design and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Convert PSD or design files (Figma, XD, Photoshop) into responsive HTML/CSS layouts.
• Develop simple, mobile-first web pages with attention to detail.
• Support senior developers in maintaining and updating existing websites.
• Help optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Create basic mockups or prototypes under guidance.
• Follow brand and design guidelines to ensure visual consistency.
• Stay curious and keep learning emerging front-end techniques.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery (good to have, not mandatory).
• Exposure to web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
• Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and grow in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT OR completion of a crash course/bootcamp in web development.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow coding standards.

Good to Have

• Experience working on small practice projects or personal websites.
• Knowledge of GitHub or version control basics.
• Strong curiosity to build a career in front-end development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
