Business Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Business Coordinator, you will oversee and support franchisees" operations, providing them with the necessary training and assistance to meet brand standards, resolve issues, and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide back-office support for Modern Trade, EBO, and International Business franchise team. - Track modern trade and new franchise enquiries, ensuring timely closure. - Prepare and maintain all agreements, contracts, and legal documentation for franchise operations. - Handle all legal requirements, including licenses, KYC, and compliances. - Support franchisees with software-related matters and ensure timely coordination. - Address franchisee inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, resolving complaints and disputes. - Analyze sales data and coordinate all SIS Counters across the modern trade vertical. - Conduct customer service feedback surveys and lead generation through tele calling. - Manage staff welfare, travel claims, attendance, and daily MIS reporting. - Handle franchise grievances and support activities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Proven track record in franchise management or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Knowledge of franchising laws and regulations with a strategic outlook.
