As an Office Administrator for Project Maintenance in Kozhikode, you will play a crucial role in coordinating daily operations and communication between the office and field technicians. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with field technicians and site employees (civil & electrical) on a daily basis. - Assigning daily tasks and planning work schedules for field workers based on project needs and priorities. - Maintaining regular communication with field staff to monitor work progress, resolve issues, and provide necessary support. - Tracking and documenting field activities, updates, and project status reports. - Ensuring timely reporting and escalation of delays, issues, or resource gaps. - Acting as a point of contact between field teams and office/project management. - Following up on material requirements, safety compliance, and daily attendance of field employees. - Supporting project documentation, reports, and administrative needs. - Contributing to smooth coordination across departments for efficient project execution. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in office administration or coordination role, preferably in civil/electrical project environments. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. - Basic understanding of civil/electrical site operations is an added advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and coordination tools. - Experience working with Zoho applications adds value in clearing the interview.
