Business Coordinator

As an Office Administrator for Project Maintenance in the civil and electrical sector, your role will involve coordinating daily operations and communication between the office and field technicians. You will be responsible for managing work planning, daily task assignments, and coordination with both civil and electrical project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with field technicians and site employees (civil & electrical) on a daily basis. - Assign daily tasks and plan work schedules for field workers based on project needs and priorities. - Maintain regular communication with field staff to monitor work progress, resolve issues, and provide necessary support. - Track and document field activities, updates, and project status reports. - Ensure timely reporting and escalation of delays, issues, or resource gaps. - Act as a point of contact between field teams and office/project management. - Follow up on material requirements, safety compliance, and daily attendance of field employees. - Support project documentation, reports, and administrative needs. - Contribute to smooth coordination across departments for efficient project execution. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in office administration or coordination role, preferably in civil/electrical project environments. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently. - Basic understanding of civil/electrical site operations is an added advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and coordination tools. - Experience working with Zoho applications adds value in clearing the interview.,
