Description
As a Senior Consultant with 5-7 years of experience at Grant Thornton INDUS, your role involves driving operational excellence and performance improvement for clients by leading transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and delivering data-driven insights. You will leverage advanced analytics, change management, and project leadership to achieve measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support large-scale transformation projects, including process redesign, change enablement, and organizational restructuring. - Facilitate cross-functional workshops, capability assessments, and process mapping sessions to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. - Conduct operational reviews, current-state assessments, and future-state design for business processes. - Implement process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to reduce redundancies and improve efficiency. - Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel) to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making. - Perform financial modeling, cost analysis, liquidity forecasting, and strategic planning for client engagements. - Lead due diligence, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to inform business strategy and growth opportunities. - Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams and client engagements. - Coordinate with client executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Transformation & Change Management: Change enablement, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, resistance management, Prosci methodology. - Process Improvement: Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Yellow Belt), Agile transformation, process mapping, operational reviews. - Data Analytics & Visualization: Power BI, Excel, Tableau, SQL, dashboard development, data storytelling. - Financial Analysis: Financial modeling, cost analysis, liquidity forecasting, strategic planning, due diligence. - Project Management: Project planning, cross-functional coordination, timeline management, executive presentations.
