Business Consulting HR Ops-Execution Assistant Manager

You will be part of the Employee Data Management Team at KPMG in India, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate management of employee data. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing end user support for HRIS, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Consulting HR business partners on Talent Management systems like Oracle - Collaborating with IT/tech teams for implementation and upgrade plans - Developing effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders - Maintaining compliance with risk management requirements and employee data maintenance - Conducting data audits, resolving discrepancies, and preparing process documents and reports As an AM HR Operation for employee data management, you will lead the data management process by implementing best practices and ensuring data accuracy. Your experience will be valuable in guiding the team and making strategic decisions.
