Business Consultant

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 15-25 LPA)

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of client operations, processes, and strategies.
• Design and implement tailored frameworks to address unique business challenges.
• Facilitate buy-in sessions with senior and middle management teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance business performance across areas such as operations, supply chain management, and market positioning.
• Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of impactful solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business objectives and providing valuable insights.
  

Qualifications:

• Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in areas such as Supply Chain/Planning, Manufacturing/Distribution, Program Management/Project Management, Product Management, Marketing, or Category Management.
• No career break exceeding 1 year.
• Proficiency in English with fluency in the local language.
