Role Overview

Business Consultant

MSME and college consulting projects

founding-team, equity-based role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business diagnostics and audits for MSMEs and colleges
• Identify growth opportunities across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and partnerships
• Design actionable consulting roadmaps with clear KPIs and timelines
• Work with execution teams to ensure on-ground implementation
• Build and manage MSME and institutional relationships across regions
• Support pilot projects, case studies, and scalable consulting frameworks
• Contribute to BizVidya’s long-term consulting products and data platform
  

Equity Structure & Process

• 3–4 discussion rounds to identify ownership areas
• 1-month cohort under NDA to assess execution alignment
• Move to Cofounder/Equity Agreement post cohort
• Equity formally allotted after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration
• 5-year vesting period
• Compensation begins only after funding, as we are building a 25+ member equity-only founding team
