Business Consultant

You will be responsible for partnering with the executive management team to review and enhance the current business processes. Your role will involve assessing the existing operations, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance efficiency, customer service, and cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, you will engage with key customers to update them on process enhancements aimed at improving service quality. Regularly updating the management team on the company's performance and ongoing initiatives will be part of your routine tasks. The ideal candidate should possess an MBA degree and have over 5 years of experience in business consulting. Additionally, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the banking and/or healthcare sector is required. A willingness to travel for at least two weeks per month is essential for this role.
