Business Consultant

We are looking for a female Business Consultant who is confident, well-spoken, and technically knowledgeable in civil construction (G+4 buildings). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to coordinate between clients, contractors, and the technical team.

Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and business associates in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Assist in managing civil construction and general contracting works, including concrete, foundation, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Support the marketing and business development functions with technical insights.

Prepare proposals, project reports, and client presentations.

Coordinate between the business and technical departments for smooth operations.

Build and maintain professional client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech preferred).

MBA or equivalent management qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in construction, contracting, or business coordination roles.

Technical Knowledge: Civil and structural works up to G+4 buildings, concrete, foundation, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.

Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation.

Marketing and client relationship skills.

Growth Opportunity:

Initial tenure: 2 months.

Based on performance, the candidate can be promoted to Service Engineer with a higher package and permanent employment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
