Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales/Business Consultants with strong communication skills and a passion for helping businesses grow. You'll actively seek out and engage with prospective customers, deliver tailored solutions, and play a key role in driving revenue, acquisition, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell SalaryBox products/services using strong, value-based pitches to potential customers
• Reach out to leads and communicate SalaryBox’s value proposition clearly and effectively
• Pitch, follow-up, and close deals with consistency and discipline
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
• Conduct need-based selling using cost-benefit and value-driven approaches
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships for long-term success
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Improve continuously through training and feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or voice-based selling (preferably in B2B environments)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Customer-first attitude and a high sense of ownership
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and exceed expectations
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM and BRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
