Job Description

The Presales & Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading client engagements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Analytics practices. The role involves driving presales activities, crafting solution proposals, ensuring successful project delivery, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve business and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solutioning

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into tailored solution proposals.
  • Lead and deliver product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and client presentations.
  • Prepare detailed effort estimations, scope documentation, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and develop reusable solution templates for sales acceleration.

Project Delivery Management

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power BI projects.
  • Ensure on-time delivery within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Drive adoption of project management best practices, documentation, and governance.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (functional, technical, testing, and analytics) to achieve delivery excellence.
  • Identify project risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure proactive resolution.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during presales and delivery phases.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide consultants, ensuring skill development across BC and Power BI teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business units for resource planning, performance, and knowledge sharing.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience:

    8–12 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), with at least 3–5 years in project management or presales leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in

    end-to-end BC implementations

    and

    Power BI/Analytics solutions

    .
  • Strong understanding of business processes – Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Projects, and Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing solution proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • PMP / Agile certification is an advantage.
  • Experience working with offshore and on-site delivery models preferred.
