Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Associate (Product R&D) to join our team at Kamdhenu Adhesives. Your primary role will involve synthesising chemical supply data, preparing analytical reports, end-to-end coordination with key suppliers, and supporting day-to-day product development reporting/ data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Synthesize market trends, competitor activities, & materials data to create dashboards

Prepare product reports, and documentation as needed

Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, compare suppliers & key product differences.

Place and follow up on orders, track consignments, collect product samples for key raw materials as required.

Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for analytics, reporting and tracking and creating dashboards.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification:
B.Tech degree (with an MBA is a plus).

Excel Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, including the ability to create reports, analyze data, and manage large datasets efficiently.
