Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Partnerships to support the Partner Program team in managing partner relationships, coordinating resources, and ensuring smooth execution of project requirements. The role requires work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project and resource requirements, ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project and resource requirements, ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Account Management, Business Development, and Delivery.
  • Identify and onboard suitable partners by aligning them with business requirements, while managing documentation such as NDAs/MSAs to ensure compliance and proper record-keeping.
  • Support in evaluating candidate profiles by conducting first-level assessments, ensuring quality and relevance before sharing them with stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing project requirements for both T&M and Fixed Scope models, including gathering partner estimations, preparing/reviewing sprint plans, and ensuring SOWs are accurate and compliant.
  • Participate in project kick-off calls to align all stakeholders, monitor onboarding and offboarding of candidates, and track ongoing progress through Zoho or other tools.
  • Review and validate invoices received from partners against actual deliverables, ensure timely tracking of milestone payments, and prepare reports in cases of payment delays or spillovers.
  • Support in addressing project or resource-related escalations, coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues, and prepare updates or reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Business Development teams to understand upcoming requirements, while contributing ideas and proposals for process improvements such as a Partner Portal.

Requirements :

  • 1 3 years of experience in Partnerships, Project Coordination, Operations, or related roles (preferably in IT/Services).
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High sense of accountability and ownership in task execution.
  • Basic understanding of T&M and Fixed Scope project models.
  • Familiarity with project/CRM tools (Zoho, Jira, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
