Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Associate Intern to join our team in Tiruppur. The intern will gain exposure to various aspects of business operations, client interactions, project coordination, and market research. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in business management and strategy within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day business operations and coordination between departments.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

Support business development activities including client outreach, presentations, and proposal preparation.

Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to align business initiatives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

Assist in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

Participate in meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
