Business Analytics Trainer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Trainer / Faculty to develop and deliver hands-on training programs for students and business professionals. This role covers fundamentals to advanced applications in Business Analytics, including data thinking, Excel modelling, data visualization, SQL, R, Python, machine learning, and industry-specific analytics.

The ideal candidate will create engaging, interactive content, workshops, and capstone projects that empower learners to solve business problems using analytics tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive sessions in business analytics: Excel, SQL, R, Python, data visualization, and reporting.
• Develop practical labs, scenario analyses, capstone projects, and case studies.
• Teach fundamentals of data science, spreadsheet modelling, dashboards, databases, probability, statistics, and machine learning.
• Guide participants through real-world business analytics use-cases in supply chain, BFSI, pharma, and marketing.
• Customize teaching approaches for professionals and fresh graduates.
• Mentor learners on project work, report creation, and effective business storytelling.
• Evaluate and improve learning outcomes using quizzes, assignments, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, R, Python, and business analytics tools.
• Strong data modelling, data visualization, and reporting skills.
• Practical understanding of probability, statistics, and machine learning basics.
• Experience with communication and teaching in both Malayalam and English.
• Optional Skills:
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), low/no-code ML platforms, and domain-specific analytics (Supply Chain, BFSI, Pharma, Marketing).
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Prior experience delivering business analytics or data science training is preferred.
