Business Analytics Manager

**Role Overview:** As an Assistant Vice President (C12) in the TTS Analytics team at the TTS business, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts to work on various business problems across the client life cycle. This includes acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention. You will be leveraging multiple analytical approaches, tools, and techniques to provide data-driven insights to business and functional stakeholders within the global Treasury & Trade Services business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of analysts within the TTS Analytics team - Work on multiple analyses throughout the year focusing on business problems related to client acquisition, engagement, client experience, and retention for the TTS business - Utilize multiple analytical methods such as hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, and test vs. control comparison - Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques - Analyze unstructured data like call transcripts using Natural Language Processing (NLP)/ Text Mining - Collaborate with business stakeholders to convert business problems into analytical frameworks - Design go-to-market strategies for a variety of business challenges - Provide insights, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth and improvements in client experience **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, or Master's Degree with 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, or PhD - Marketing analytics experience - Experience in sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, client experience, cross-sell, and retention - Proficiency in different analytical methods and tools including Python/R, SQL, Hive, MS Excel, and PowerPoint - Experience with predictive modeling using machine learning - Familiarity with working on unstructured data analysis, e.g., call transcripts, using NLP/Text Mining - Ability to drive clear communication between business stakeholders and the team - Skills in building and managing high-performance teams - Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, and process/project management skills If you are interested in this challenging role in the TTS Analytics team at the global Treasury & Trade Services business, we look forward to your application.,
